Thank you for choosing us. Whether you’ve booked regular window cleaning or a one-off exterior clean, here’s everything you need to know before we visit.
Before your visit
We send a reminder by text or email the day before. Please unlock gates, move obstacles and secure pets. Let us know about any access difficulties.
Regular or one-off
Regular window cleaning runs around every eight weeks. Gutter, fascia, soffit, conservatory roof and solar panel cleaning are booked as agreed.
After your clean
We send a completion notification and bank transfer details. Payment is due within seven days unless otherwise agreed.
